The location

A workplace with a view you won't get in town

The Hub sits on Elstree Aerodrome, and the rooms on the north side of the building have a runway view. They look straight out over the grass and tarmac, and beyond them it's fields and trees for miles.

Most days there's something to see, whether it's a training flight doing circuits or a vintage aircraft dropping in for lunch. Evenings bring big Hertfordshire skies.

  • Runway and countryside views
  • Parking included
  • 24/7 access
  • Easy reach of the M1, M25 and A41
  • A short drive from Borehamwood, Radlett and Watford
  • Elstree & Borehamwood station (Thameslink) is about 10 minutes by car
  • The Aerodrome Cafe is on site for breakfast, lunch and coffee

The rooms

Your own room, ready to make yours

The building has a run of private rooms off one corridor, from compact spaces for one or two people up to larger rooms for a small team. Each has its own door and key, so you can set it up how you like.

Small rooms

Good for one or two people, a studio or a quiet place to run a business away from home.

Medium rooms

Room for a few desks, a meeting table or a treatment space.

Larger rooms

For growing teams. Some rooms have been joined together to give more floor space.

How it works

A monthly licence, kept simple

You rent a private room on a monthly licence and run it your way, with no long lease to sign.

  2. Come and look

We'll show you round the available rooms and the building.

  3. Sign the licence

A straightforward monthly agreement. Pay monthly, and give notice when you want to move on.

  4. Move in

Collect your keys, bring your kit and get settled. The building is open to you 24 hours a day.

What's included: your own lockable room, parking on site and 24/7 access to the building.
